If you can set the zoom on this to be variable (a continuous slider, for example), and automatically reflow the page grid display, I think this gets at the original posters recommendation to allow an individual to actually read through however many pages will comfortably fit on their screen size. This allows an individual to quickly skim to a relevant part of a document when no bookmarks are present (probably more helpful for a technical document with chapter or section headings and figures). Perhaps related - Drawboard (and several other PDF apps) have a multi-page view that fills the screen with a grid of small representations of the document.
This would help users to skim through a large file quickly and study the material in a quicker pace. The pages would not have to be zoomed out excessively in order to fit more than 4 pages into one screen. Being able to see more than 4 pages without making the pages tiny would be a great feature for users as the users would not have to be limited to 2 pages horizontally.When 2 page view is selected and zoomed out, the sides of the screen cannot be filled with pages horizontally. User could as well select any number of horizontal pages that are (higher than 2) in the display tool in the toolbar.Ĭurrently Adobe does not have an option that allows to display more than 2 pages side by side.
